WHO ARE WE

  • Tecnisata was founded in 1974 with the purpose of producing goods and industrial components.
  • Currently Tecnisata has established itself as an important industrial reference. With an area of 2200 square meters, located in Sintra, Portugal, with a vast and modern machine pool, a project office provided by the most advance parametric software and a quality control office is currently focused on:
  • - design, development and testing of cutting and stamping (dies) tools
  • - manufacture, assembly and testing of special devices
  • - manufacture parts

MARKETS

  • Tecnisata operates mainly on automotive, aeronautic, electronic, other manufacturing sectors, diamond tools for the stone industry and packaging industry.

RESEARCH

  • We have developed RDI activities in specific areas related to our production areas and participated in several research projects promoted in consortiums - national and international - on matters pertinent to our activity, from production technologies, materials and surface coatings to information control and with great focus in Management. We have implemented new innovative work and organizational methodologies, adapted to the Engineering & Tooling sector, which have allowed us to increase our overall performance and the added value of our processes and products. In addition to seeking to improve our competitiveness or profitability rates, we have simultaneously focused our efforts on reducing levels of pollution, waste generation and resource consumption in a manner consistent with long-term environmental sustainability.
  • Still in this context, Tecnisata has been an active member of several national associations like ANEMM (Nacional Association of Metallurgic and Metalworking Companies), CEFAMOL ( Association of Mould Industry Companies) and Engineering & Tooling Competitiveness and Technology Hub in which Tecnisata is part of Management Board.

CERTIFICATIONS

  • Tecnisata has its Quality Management System certified by ISO 9001 which scope is the production of machined parts and stamped parts, design and production of tools for stamping of sheet metal parts and special tools.
    We also have been distinguished several times with SME Leader (Small and Medium Enterprises), based on the best rating and economic-financial indicators.
  • Recently we have received the "INNOVATIVE COTEC 2021" Statute, in recognition of the high standards of financial solidity, innovation skills and economic performance achieved.
